At CHCP, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund terms below before completing any transaction.

🧾 Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Tools)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

🎓 Certification Programs & Courses

If you have not accessed the course materials, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase.

No refunds will be granted after course access begins or if a certificate/badge has already been issued.

If technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved within 48 hours, we may offer a refund or credit.

🏅 Digital Badges & Certificates

Digital credentials (issued via Credly) are granted upon successful course completion and are non-refundable.

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

🏅 Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a verifiable digital badge via Credly.
